health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.
