My team is incredibly supportive and the company culture is welcoming from DAY 1! I've only been here about 6 months and in that time I've learned so much and have developed tremendously. My manager is very open.

Cons

People are very busy so i'd say make more time for departments to engage and collaborate more often

health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.
