The only pro I can think of in Autonomy

Cons

Poor communication, low mileage reimbursement, sends you into run down and often sketchy environments/ patient homes, lack of true care/concern for employees.

health benefits are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Stressful workloads, unreasonable demands, hostile managers, toxic work environment, awful work-life balance, etc. Working for Principle Health Systems was one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had. If you don't want to be overworked to an early grave, I'd suggest looking for work somewhere else.
