Unprofessional, as a field employee you have no voice. They are bullies and liars, it's their way or the highway. They produce an unsafe work environment for residents and employees. They play favorites, if you are not related or do CrossFit they have no use for you.

At Priority Life Care, we ensure that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. And there are a lot more pros of working at PLC which I think has missed your attention. Management is VERY 'laxed Staff is cool, but mostly because of the drama with everything and the fact we all deal with the same nonsense. Job is easy Current Interim ED is fantastic! She is down to earth, we always see multiple times a day! She listens and takes action ASAP. She WILL be missed!

Cons

Management is TOO 'laxed Some staff are too comfortable being unprofessional and unproductive. Some staff LOVE drama and gossip and staying problems like we are in high school Each department feels like its own separate area instead of all working together for the greater cause, THE RESIDENTS. Facility lacks leadership Drugs. Alcoholics Harassment, whether it's verbal, physical, or sexual is reported and nothing ever gets done about it. Lack of security Understaffed "Budget cuts" Little pay for the nonsense we deal with.
