Pros
Prism has been a breath of fresh air for me. They provide training before you even enter your position so right off the bat you are familiar with your job duties, the system, and policy on how to do your job correctly. Everyone is extremely helpful and if they can not be of assistance they will point you to the person who can help you. Prism has been understanding to various situations that have popped up and have allowed me to handle them. I have also have a lot of respect to a company who actually does a 90 performance review and a 60 on boarding review to see how your first few months are going and if you need any assistance before you hit that 90 day review marker. Prism also offers great benefits and little extra incentives which are fabulous.
Cons
The only bad thing that I have experienced in sometimes lack of communication. But as long as you are willing to speak up and express that you need more detail it isn't an issue at all.
