room for advancement, good hours, you usually aren't bothered when you are off

If your are management or above.they make work a good plastic to work

If your just a employee. They decide if u made them work when they belive they don't need to do anything..as in u call them for ,answers to a question .keys,where parts might be .to by a 20 doller shovel. The girl turn on you and find a rea son to let u go.
