Pros
Good company and run by good people. I’ve been with the company for awhile and I’m a satisfied employee. Nice corporate office, a lot of training opportunities and they’re very supportive. If you have a request with facts to back it up, very rarely is anything denied. If you work hard, you’ll be noticed. If you don’t, it’s the same as anywhere else.
Cons
The PTO isn’t great. You can get time off outside of the 40 hours allotted years 1-2, but it’s not paid. It’s just a bummer sick time and PTO are all combined into a total 40 hours.
