Pros

The People!-- Friendly and helpful employees who want you to succeed. Each employee realizes all roles are important. We are in this together. The benefits are awesome. You start off with 3 weeks vacation/15 holidays/10 sick days. Like no other company. They care about work/life balance. Basically they walk the talk. Very talented team that come from various industries. You are empowered and not micro managed.

I have not seen any glaring cons at this time.
