      Managers are not chosen for their leadership aptitude. Lots of big changes come down from the top with no context or information from those completing the jobs.

      Leadership is disconnected with the challenges and needs that exist at the local level Continuous shifting in direction with minimal support organizational support to achieve objectives Workload is not commensurate with staffing plan or salaries

      - They are more flexible with you if you have young children. - They allow you to work from home if your job duties permit.

      Cons

      - If you are young and looking to make a difference here because you believe in the cause, and looking to use your assets and skills to better the organization, this is probably not a good fit for you. The executive structure discourages innovation and creativity.
