Visionary leadership that encourages and demonstrates collaboration, humility, creativity and growth. Talented, knowledgeable and capable teammates.

Cons

Change and active growth can be overwhelming and difficult for some or energizing for others. Definitely not a "status quo" culture... which is really a "pro" from my perspective :)
