Pros

Christian Culture: They devote to equipping employees to reach their God-given potential. Prison Fellowship promotes a healthy work-life balance, the benefit plan is second to none (I pay so little for a family plan) , for a Non-Profit they have competitive salaries, and they offer free professional development training through linked-in learning, and Right-Now Media. Mission oriented work, knowing you are making a difference in the world has more worth to me than any salary.

Cons

Because I work at the home office, I rarely get the opportunity to attend events. As we grow within the DMV, I am hoping to have more local events.

Pros

Great company with an awesome mission.

Cons

Low pay, but that's expected at a non-profit. Great organization!

Pros

3 day work week in prison

Cons

No room for growth. If you are one of the evangelicals you will feel at home
