The management culture is extremely challenging. There is an individual in the New York office who consistently speaks to employees in a disrespectful manner. Leadership is aware of the behavior but dismisses concerns because of her long tenure. Many employees I’ve spoken with are actively seeking new opportunities, and the turnover rate is very high.
Training is minimal, yet employees are expected to perform complex tasks without proper guidance. When mistakes occur, the response is punitive rather than supportive, often leading to termination instead of development.
This environment may work for individuals just starting their careers, but it is not suitable for experienced professionals who want to contribute meaningfully, drive improvement, and support organizational growth.
