Pros
I don't know if there are good reasons to work for Proctor Sales Inc. I guess if you are looking for a job in the accounting department you just might get one since there is a high turn over as I remember. It might be a good way to gain experience in accounting for lower than average pay, and lots of repetitive tasks.
Cons
If you haven't worked there for the most of your career as many employees there, you will feel out of place. Even though all positions are advertized with 'opportunities for advancement', there is really nowhere to advance unless your title changes.
