Pros

Management is genuinely interested in employee input and ideas. Employees are encouraged to think creatively and "find a way to win". Competitive business mentality, and experienced management team creates a good "on the job" learning environment. Hard work is rewarded and company has a very solid product mix. It's definitely a lot easier to sell when you have the right products and prices. Overall a very good company to work for.

Cons

Follow-through on long-term projects could be better. Lack of formal employee training programs, means more on-the-job training.

Pay was good, that was the only Positive.

Cons

High school atmosphere. Petty office staff. I highly don’t recommend working for this company if you’re in this location. Unrealistic work load. No direction. They want to see how far they can push you.
