Pros

Some of the people I worked within the machining shop were nice to work with.

Cons

Management is terrible to their employees. They hire family and let them get away with things that other employees cannot. Current employees have a lot to complain about. If you're asked to work in the router department you better run and hide. The "training" is terrible! It's a place where you make mistakes in order to learn. The problem with that is that you get in trouble for making mistakes. It's a no-win situation in that place. Again, the only good thing about that place is working with some good people.

Pay was good, that was the only Positive.

Cons

High school atmosphere. Petty office staff. I highly don’t recommend working for this company if you’re in this location. Unrealistic work load. No direction. They want to see how far they can push you.
