Family that owns the company really cares about employees, management is sporadic and doesn't have true vision for the future. Branches provide nurturing environment and possibility for mental growth.

Cons

No real opportunity for raises, horrible communication and training.

Pay was good, that was the only Positive.

Cons

High school atmosphere. Petty office staff. I highly don’t recommend working for this company if you’re in this location. Unrealistic work load. No direction. They want to see how far they can push you.
