The above review could not be further from the truth. PSP Sports has been in business for nearly 50 years and works with the most prominent Professional Sports Teams and countless Colleges across the Country. It is doubtful the NFL or NBA for example, would partner with us for decades if we were some kind of scam, as you put it. Candidly, it is frustrating to have to respond to nonsense like this.
All of our reps are given vetted leads. PSP Sports does not make you "harass people". If you were accused of harassing someone, it was because you did not do the job the way you were trained. On the other hand, you do have to work hard and make a lot of phone calls to speak with decision makers over the phone. We have many reps that have worked for us for years that enjoy the atmosphere in the office. We often receive feedback that the atmosphere is lively and competitive. Most of our folks love the cash incentives, contests, and trips we provide.
Whomever wrote this blatantly false review should not assume that commission is only made by employees working 5 plus years. They are clearly someone who did not work here very long or they would know otherwise. We have many reps who earned upwards of $10,000 in commissions after working for us just over a year or so. If you come in for an interview, feel free to ask to speak to some of the reps, ask them how long they have worked for PSP? What commissions have they earned? Also, we could not be more transparent during the interview process about what the job entails. We intentionally have interviewees sit on the sales floor for a significant period so that they see first hand what our sales people do.
We are constantly training our reps, and yes, after a few weeks on the phone we do additional training. Clearly, this person was overwhelmed and not able to handle it, and that's ok. It is a tough and demanding job, not for everyone, but for the people that work hard and succeed, you can have a great career at PSP and make a lot of money.
