Good starting salary but that’s it. - Sales Representative Professional Sports Publications Employee Review

Pros

Starting salary MSG suite that was rare but cool. That’s literally it.

Cons

Sweat shop environment Leadership is rude, incompetent, and the least motivational people ever. Can’t earn any more days off even after 3+ years of employment in good standing. Petty over small things like bathroom usage, and coffee breaks. No room for growth and even their management or “middle desk” comes with absolutely no additional compensation with a major increase in responsibility. Very limited sick days. No IC plan - or in their case the worst IC plan in existence - for a sales position is a death sentence for them.
