Good Entry Level Job - Ad Sales Director Professional Sports Publications Employee Review

Pros

The company does a good job of bringing in, and taking a risk on out of college kids for their first job. Some sink, some swim. The markets you work with are fun, and the pay is reasonable. The process of sales is solid.

Cons

The office managers are so stuck on the "plan" they don't allow for different approaches that might work for their sales people. While the framework is solid, there is some wiggle room for your personality they don't let you use.
