Pros

Management has reasonable expectations for work and quota.

Cons

I waited 19 days to start after applying for this job, at the end of this wait, I decided to take PSP’s offer. Turning down 6 other great job offers. During week 3 of training I am horribly sick while at work, constant blowing of nose, throat swelling, ect. VERY SICK. I take Tuesday to go to my physician to get allergy shots, I’m thinking that might be the cause. My doctor advised me it’s probably Covid, the next morning I took a test and it’s positive. After letting my manager know I am Covid positive after two weeks of this job, they fire me and tell me I can reapply next month. I had no idea that’s what the results of getting sick would be. Management clearly understood that I was very sick, and I had never called out before this.
