Pros
Easy commute. Full benefits. Base salary. No dress code. They will never fire anyone because they're so cheap and don't want to pay unemployment.
Cons
-Was completely lied to in my interview about position and salary. -Management is filled with drama queen, egomaniac, sociopaths who will lie to your face and talk behind your back to get what they want. -They say the hours are 8:30-5:30 but if you don't show up early and leave late every day you're "not doing your job." -Expectation is 300 calls per day, if you're not on the phone for literally 2 minutes, you're called out about it. Don't even think about using your cell phone during work hours, or eating. -Clear hierarchy and nepotism. Some people are allowed to work from home but the same opportunity isn't offered to people who aren't related to upper management. -The product is a complete scam and there is absolutely no training. You're just handed a script and expected to know what you're doing. -If management doesn't like you, they will berate you and harass you until you quit. - Every single person in upper management has worked at this company since they were a college graduate, so they don't know any better. They genuinely believe their ways are the only ways because they've never experienced anything else. If you have a new idea, better keep it to yourself.
