The only good parts about this position is some of the people you work with a pretty cool and you get tickets to sporting events

I don't even know where to begin because there is so many different things wrong with this place. Their overall process of developing you into sales is horrible. They pay you a decent Draw Salary so you stick around. 1 out of 15 people who were in there first year made commission that's not including the 15 people who left the company. They're overall training for the year is terrible. Somehow people get slipped through the cracks and don't get trained properly. Management is terrible and you receive emails saying how much you suck at sales not just to you but to the whole team because everyone sucks at sales. It's very difficult to make it at this position. Some people there do well but the have been there for a long time and those people aren't allowed to help you out because the company doesn't want them helping you out. I feel I gained nothing from working with them but a pay check. Their data is very outdated I had leads that closed their business in 2007.
