Lack of Diversity - despite the efforts of the DEIB team; everybody talks about inclusion but the culture is deeply siloed No Career Growth - some people get promoted 2-3 times in the span of 2 years - others are simply not given the chance Management is all over the place and tries to micro manage projects and initiatives; Overtime is often the case and teams can't handle the workload
