Pros
Flexible shifts, flexible monthly hour requirements, exposure to a lot of healthcare experience in short amount of time, great for pre-healthcare professional students.
Cons
The pay was below average especially for the type of work you are responsible for. Full time was not actually an option at my site even though I was in the site coordinator position. My site became fully staffed quickly and sometimes a few people only got to work 2-3 shifts a month, so don't go for this job if you need a lot of cash it's more for the healthcare clinical experience.
