Double standards and - Anonymous employee Proscribe Employee Review

Low pay. Training - every scribe is different and therefore you never get a clear idea of what is expected of you, 5/6 shifts are used to train you but due to the massive differences, you're never going to know what you should and shouldn't do. Some scribes are very lax about the rules surrounding proscribe (being on time, speaking ill of patients and admitting to wanting to do things like take photos of patient charts) but have no issues with making complaints about others. Management has a clear idea of what they'd like to be able to do but a cloudy idea of what to actually implement. Some scribes opinions have more weight than others, makes coaching difficult since management is a little friendly with some.
