Pros

The job is remote which is very nice since I can work anywhere I want. This allowed me to work while being a full time student taking 20 credits in college. It is also fairly easy to change your schedule.

Cons

It can be very hard to get in communication with supervisors. I have found it difficult getting some technical problems fixed in a timely fashion manner. I also find it difficult to form close connections or have any camaraderie with the employer and employees since it is a remote job,
