-fellow scribes/ lead scribe/ doctors talking disparagingly about patients. This is almost encouraged??? I don't know if people did this to seem funny, but it was very disappointing and I felt like I couldn't say anything about it. extremely inappropriate. -I think they kept me in training for far longer than I needed to be, just to keep paying me $7.25/hour -very very low pay. $9/hour, you can find higher pay scribing elsewhere. -not being able to sit for entire shift, and when you do, you get a stool. -no food breaks unless doctor wants to eat, but either way you work the whole time. -being kept over 8 hour scheduled shift, sometimes up to an extra hour or two -not treated respectively by some of the doctors -make you sign a contract so that you can't quit before 6 months without paying them about $300.
