Pros

PCG has a proud history of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Willing to take on the nations most complex projects, PCG has helped define the best practices in health, human services, and education in the USA, Canda, and most recently Europe. As the challenges around the world become more interesting, career opportunities at PCG will continue to grow.

Cons

It's not a place for everyone. Even after a rigorous interview process, people come to PCG not understanding the work schedule and demands are intense. This place is not a non-profit nor a steady-as-you go work environment. The clients are demanding as hell because they have complex and serious business problems to solve. PCG employees at all levels rollup their sleeves and do the hard work to make government and schools work better.

Pros

Really enjoyed my teammates, we all tried surviving the ever rotation of projects and assignments that were given to us that didn’t have clear direction or instructions.

Cons

Had to take leave due to mental exhaustion and anxiety due to this job. Constantly was being told because we made salary to be expected to work past our scheduled hours. Was always told to voice when I was at capacity and had enough on my plate, and when I did, I was just given more. Senior managers undermined my work, would throw you under the bus if they messed up and needed a scapegoat. Communication team to team was so awful, even the products are just a mess. Just the worst place that I’ve ever worked. Some teams had fought for years to get more people hired on their teams to help with the load they were given, and were never listened to, then higher ups were shocked when they all left.
