Pros

Thw work schedule is 8:30 to 5:30. However, its has very flexible hours. People come in between 8:30 to 9:30. You can take lunch breaks whenever you want. people take mutiple breaks a day. Lunch and coffee. We get 4 weeks of PTO. But no sick days. So if you don't get sick, you don't have to call in a lie that you are sick just to use up your sick days. You can roll over one week of vacation time. There are 10 holidays. Occaisionally we would get he day after Christmas off. There are two company parties a year. One for Christmas and one for the end of the fiscal year.

Cons

The benefits are poor. We do not get any type of 401K for the first year. The first year, I believe you are able to buy 401K but there are no matches from the company. The longer you work here, the better your benefits will get. But that would be very slim. To rise to the top here, it would have to take you about 9 years. When i was hired, they said they will pay for 1 class a semester. But when we tied to sign up for class, everythign was denied. they said they don't do that. The only education benefit that they do have is an MBA to the Clark Program. It is a special program organized by the CEO of PCG. So basically you won't get much out of it. It takes two years to finish and you need a one year commitment. On top of that, there won't be much diverse work program because everyone is PCG. the courses on taught through WebEX. I heard some of the classes you get automatic As.

Pros

Really enjoyed my teammates, we all tried surviving the ever rotation of projects and assignments that were given to us that didn’t have clear direction or instructions.

Cons

Had to take leave due to mental exhaustion and anxiety due to this job. Constantly was being told because we made salary to be expected to work past our scheduled hours. Was always told to voice when I was at capacity and had enough on my plate, and when I did, I was just given more. Senior managers undermined my work, would throw you under the bus if they messed up and needed a scapegoat. Communication team to team was so awful, even the products are just a mess. Just the worst place that I’ve ever worked. Some teams had fought for years to get more people hired on their teams to help with the load they were given, and were never listened to, then higher ups were shocked when they all left.
