Pros

Good people You can set boundaries and say no to more work if you’re not trying to get approval from others that you’re smart and can get work done

Cons

Compensation isn’t market standard If the employee doesn’t set boundaries themselves, they’ll get buried in work They try to feed you with this “mission is good here” marketing instead of raising your wage Too much talk about the mission of PCG but in reality, associate managers and above are greedy people who fight over projects to make more money Managers don’t advocate for you for the most part, you have to fight to be promoted and get a salary increase They don’t promote people when they deserve it: you have to wait until the end of the year and there’s a limit in number of people they promote so even if you deserve it, you may have to wait another year, among other un aceptable excuses to not get promoted they give employees Not a diverse company though they like to think they are, management and especially the shareholders are mostly white, straight, males that give us “goodie bags” and pizza parties

Amazing people that cared about the work they were doing. Nice team that was very supportive. Company offers competitive pay as well as great benefits.

Cons

Nothing, I truly enjoyed the flexibility of working here.

Pros

Really enjoyed my teammates, we all tried surviving the ever rotation of projects and assignments that were given to us that didn’t have clear direction or instructions.

Cons

Had to take leave due to mental exhaustion and anxiety due to this job. Constantly was being told because we made salary to be expected to work past our scheduled hours. Was always told to voice when I was at capacity and had enough on my plate, and when I did, I was just given more. Senior managers undermined my work, would throw you under the bus if they messed up and needed a scapegoat. Communication team to team was so awful, even the products are just a mess. Just the worst place that I’ve ever worked. Some teams had fought for years to get more people hired on their teams to help with the load they were given, and were never listened to, then higher ups were shocked when they all left.
