Pros

The ability to network with other people in the field, the ability to travel for work (see cons for flip side), good work experience

Cons

I worked in Denver office. It was a totally unprofessional office, very sexist and discriminatory work environment (HR and management refuse to address), forced to travel unexpectedly and with <24 hours notice, regular refusal of PTO which you can't carry over and can't be paid back for not using, Denver office is totally isolated from other offices even though it's not the only office in the state, very low salary, expected to work weekends and overtime on a regular basis without compensation, people constantly stab each other in the back at work, quality of work by management of office is very low quality. It's an office where people work and they leave as soon as they possibly can. Not shocked to see HR is still trying to fill positions in the office, it is a toxic work environment so people leave ASAP.

Amazing people that cared about the work they were doing. Nice team that was very supportive. Company offers competitive pay as well as great benefits.

Cons

Nothing, I truly enjoyed the flexibility of working here.

Pros

Really enjoyed my teammates, we all tried surviving the ever rotation of projects and assignments that were given to us that didn’t have clear direction or instructions.

Cons

Had to take leave due to mental exhaustion and anxiety due to this job. Constantly was being told because we made salary to be expected to work past our scheduled hours. Was always told to voice when I was at capacity and had enough on my plate, and when I did, I was just given more. Senior managers undermined my work, would throw you under the bus if they messed up and needed a scapegoat. Communication team to team was so awful, even the products are just a mess. Just the worst place that I’ve ever worked. Some teams had fought for years to get more people hired on their teams to help with the load they were given, and were never listened to, then higher ups were shocked when they all left.
