Idex (parent company) drives profit goals to the point where it adversely affects the culture. They treat people as company assets that are purged to keep profits up, this destroys moral.

Very Top Heavy-There were at least three divisions/levels above our level. Sweeping layoffs for all departments out of the blue We had several executives that held the president role in the years I was there. Some were there for as little as six months and some didn't know our products at all. It was demoralizing. We went a year and a half without a president at one point.
