Pros
Pay is good honestly, so thats nice.
Cons
Literally everything else was horrible and this is not a traditional SDR role. You are making at least 100 cold calls a day and if you don't make 100 unique cold calls a day, you're looked at as incompetent. The managers watch your every move and micromanage everything you do. They listen to every call, watch every click you make in sales force, and you can never breathe, take a second, and think for yourself. There is always a big brother over your shoulder sending you a slack message on what you should and shouldn't do. Compliance has monthly meetings with you where they grade every.single.conversation you've ever had. They give you a grade on every sentence spoken, and the average of those sentence grades adds up to your total grade. YOU ARE GRADED ON EVERY WORD YOU SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER. It's insane micromanagement. No matter how good you are, you wont advance unless you are there for a year. This is a faith based company and if you are not an ex-youth pastor or center your life around Jesus, you should not take this job. You won't fit in to the culture and management wont believe in you to succeed. The turnover rate is insanely high and there is a clear reason for it, but management doesn't want to do anything to combat the issue.
