Pros
The food in the kitchen.
Cons
Pushpay is probably the worst place I’ve ever worked. Full of a bunch of straight convservative white men. Leadership and HR will always default to the white men because they make the money. HR is not there to protect you so do not trust them. They’re being paid to protect Pushpay from a lawsuit, and i can assure you there should be so many lawsuits. The lack of diversity at this company is laughable. Any person of color who have worked at Pushpay has left because they had microaggressions said to them, racists remarks were made, or they simply felt uncomfortable with the blatant lado of diversity. Usually when this stuff is brought up they are then gaslite by HR to convince them it wasn’t a big deal followed by promises of expanded diversity. Don’t fall for it. Considering everything going on in the world, the lack of diversity in leadership and the company makes it clear that they have no desire to expand outside of their whiteness. If they did they would listen to the feedback of their minority employees and implement change so that people of color felt safe and successful working at pushpay. If you’re an SDR get ready to be worked to death making an insane amount of phone calls wishing the day was over. Pushpay has completely saturated the market and overworked leads, yet they expect their numbers to continue to increase. Go be an SDR elsewhere that will give you work life balance, opportunities for growth and a manager who doesn’t micromanage every thing you do. I implore you not to work here. Especially if you’re a person of color, particularly black. This will not be a safe workplace for you and will do significant harm on your mental health and life outside of work. TRUST ME.
