- Great support from team and managers - over the TOP welcoming and encouragment - Training is provided - feedback is taken SERIOUS and they really listen! - They give you a very generous time to be able to perform well and improve performance compared to 99.9% of other sales jobs you ever had ( yes - its sales so you need to perform certain metric) - many people who leave this company get better jobs due to the skills they developed here - a lot of opportunity to move around different roles/promotion (yes- ACTUALLY) - leadership is very helpful, encouraging, great communicators, and very transparent. even when resolving conflict they keep it very professional (conflict was very very rare if any) - i usually dont really like to talk to people at prior jobs because i never felt comfortable to open up or develop relationships deeper then just the morning greeting. but here at Pushpay its very natural for me to say Hi and actually talk to people and build friendships. culture is so amazing.
