Flexibility. That’s it. Literally it.

Makes big promises and doesn’t deliver. Will promise incentives and you don’t receive. Say they made a new awesome commission plan then they take away 80% of your ways to make money and give you a ridiculous number to hit while only doing outside sales when most extinguisher accounts on average are $100-$300 a year. They don’t care about you as a person. It’s all money with this company. And oh, you make them a ton of money and you expect your commission? It’s only one person handling your commission and they don’t show you a spreadsheet of your accounts and percentages and drastically short your commission bonus. I received a total of 10% of what I was EXPECTED and promised to received. Biggest waste of time. If you’re looking here, find a better fire protection job with a company that cares and with management that cares about you. I’ll be surprised at how fast Pye Barker grew, to how fast they’ll fall with this current management and business structure.
