Cons

Management is extremely poor and inconsistent. Nepotism and favoritism are very obvious, which creates an unfair environment where certain people are protected and others are constantly scrutinized. Employees are not treated equally, and opportunities are not based on performance. The work environment is toxic. Gossip is common, communication is unclear, and there is a general lack of professionalism. HR does not protect employees and cannot be trusted to handle issues confidentially or fairly, which discourages people from speaking up. There is little to no room for growth. Development is not supported, promotions are rare, and internal movement feels based more on who you know rather than what you contribute.
