this company is big - if you can figure out who to talk you, you can get upgrades and discounts at their hotels but they don't really have a formal program to do it so you have to really work at it if you want to see what they mght offer. decent benefits depending on where you work, but often are better than what you see at other hotels
Cons
too old school - reports reports reports and more reports and not enough time to do job. Reports are badly set up and take too much time to do. when things go wronf they introduce a new report they want to do and send someone from a regional office to look over your shoulder
