For the Hartford Windsor, CT location-One of the worst working conditions I've ever experienced, very toxic environment - Restaurant Manager Pyramid Global Hospitality Employee Review

Speaking specifically about the Hartford Windsor, CT location (on Day Hill Rd), the upper management team is terrible. Very unprofessional, they ignore blatant drug use by staff, they allow senior staff to commit repeated major policy infractions with no repercussions, and the worst is that they turn a blind eye, and almost promote, a hostile work environment.
