Nearly impossible to get fired, free parking
Cons
Management had to cheat to get GSS scores above 50% for Sheraton and still could not get the LM to pass 50%. That should say enough. Constant turn over in GM and Director level leadership because no one can control the chaos. There is a constant pressure to act unethically to ensure GSS scores. Pressure for managers to turn a blind eye to the behavior of employees who should be terminated because we can not afford to lose staff.
