Pros

The line staff at the hotels are isolated from the drama of the overbearing demands of the Pyramid Hotel Group management team.

Cons

Renovations are substandard/ incomplete but ownership thinks that because they spent money that it translates to higher demand / revenues. Unfortunately service is sub-par so the sales teams are forced to constantly look for new clients since there are few repeats.
