Disorganized, biased, and lacking leadership - Area Revenue Manager Pyramid Global Hospitality Employee Review

This company is the definition of a "good ole boys" club. Leadership is a mass of antiquated ideas with no actual guidance or support, and if one dares to request additional support or interfacing with other departments, you are seen as ineffective, combative, and/or lacking ambition. They will literally lie to your face, then deny they did this (multiple people, and I have witnesses). When decisions they make are objectively wrong, the make excuses and downplay the lacking performance but if a down-line employee makes similar mistakes it will cost them their job. RUN.
