Pros
The only pro is that sometimes you gotta work with cool people, but the turnover rate was so high amongst staff, that good left almost immediately because they hated working there.
Cons
The culture is poisonous and it's made worse by a very dysfunctional business structure. Don't let their false promises ruin you. Managers constantly criticize and bully employees about their job. Good hardworking employees don't get any recognition whatsoever. However, laziness and favoritism is rewarded so much. Just please do not work here.
