Pros

The opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Really bad management, micro and fear management. Schedule is always changing, they cut your hours at last minute so you never get the 40 hours (manager get bonuses for cutting hours). No stipend for home office expenses and pay is not good. You have to follow a script in calls that is very AI, metrics for goals are not accurate. The threats are constant and the micromanaging is getting to be too much.
