Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a "People First" outlook and they really do their best to incorporate that in every aspect of the hotel. it just really depends on the hotel staff and people on property. my hotel does a great job at this but I have heard stories of other hotels slacking in that department.
Cons
some things like how they calculate bonuses, and such are kept under wraps where even the Directors of Sales can't give us a direct answer, but there is no issue with getting a bonus check as long as you hit your numbers which are relatively achievable.
