Regardless of how dire an emergency is they will not care and dock it against you in your annual review which determines raises. Management is a mess and is never there to truly help or mentor. Promise of upward mobility that never happens regardless of tenure. Upper level management is never seen and always promises to come and help during busy times however they will never show up. Upper level has consistently disappointed me in my tenure at Deloitte. Very underpaid and undervalued for the work you do. Terrible work life balance
