Pros

There are no pros for this job.

Cons

This is an awful company to work for. I am seeking new employment as we speak. This company pays health insurance providers for customer/member information and they HATE when we call. They prey on the elderly and also less fortunate to promote this app. Basically we play middle man to their actual health insurance providers. They create these insane, almost impossible to meet metrics and penalize the hell out of you when you don't meet them. Management sucks, and so does HR. They are very ugly in their treatment towards employees. For this to be a company that is set out to help with loneliness and mental health..they do not give a damn about their employees and their personal lives/mental health/loneliness. They play favorites, and treat other employees as cogwheels on a machine instead of actual human beings. I wish I could give this review a 0 because they honestly don't even deserve one star. They also provide monthly bonuses according to how many onboards that you get. What they don't tell you is that if you are fired, they have created a clause in their policy stating that they don't have to pay out your bonus in the event that you are fired. If you don't meet their metrics, you are automatically penalized. They do not help when you ask questions to improve your performance, and they are very ugly when called out on their shortcomings as a company, refusing to take constructive criticism, even though they love dishing out critiques without making strides to help the employees be better at their jobs. This job sucks and I cannot wait to find a better employer so that I can leave this company. It is very easy to get burned out quickly from this job because they simply do not care. Once you do not meet metrics, you are proven useless to them, no matter how well you connect with the members. They aren't lying when they say this is "More than a job"...it is hell.

Pros

This is a great place for remote work with software engineering. They are all Macs and Python. If that is your wheelhouse then you are all good. Everyone was friendly their to work with. Never experienced a hot headed moment.

Cons

They had to layoff a lot of people in January 2026. They are moving away from using custom software as much as possible.

Pros

When I first started as an outbound enrollment specialist the company cared about its employees. They followed their “BBO’s” which stands for beliefs behaviors and outcomes. They appreciated their employees. Monthly incentives were paid out and paid correctly. Helping health plan members was a rewarding experience. Leaderships was supportive.

Cons

You can and will be bullied by team leads and department supervisors daily. The incentive pay changes monthly making it literally impossible to make any extra money that the company boasts and lies about in the hiring process. Management and HR use bullying and intimidation tactics. They will unfairly fire you for anything not following the company policies and procedures for discipline actions written or verbal. Be prepared for lack of training and unrealistic metrics you have to meet for onboards of app and call volume. Be prepared for threats of losing your job for not meeting metrics that’s not your fault on a daily basis. This company preys on member’s of health plans who are struggling financially promising food transportation and financial help. Leaderships will demand you do whatever it takes to get onboards including but not limited to lying to health plan members. Call center scripts are outdated by 2 years or more. Members who need support from a mentor do not get called like promised. Do not work “extra time” if offered. They will not pay you correctly for the “extra time” correctly and it takes 6 weeks or more from the day you worked those extra hours to get paid. Horrible company. Lots of nepotism! The only way to move up in the company is to be related to the HR manager!
