Pros

- Work space that is quite nice and creates a good surrounding environment. - Everyone gets a MacBook. - Does not micro-manage, at least in my department, unless something goes wrong. - Lenient with time-off - Good Benefits

Cons

The management team is more concerned with growing the client list rather than growing leaders from within. My manager had very little leadership and made zero effort to connect on a personal level with anyone. Pyxl claims to be all about culture but in reality its all for show. There is very little personal interaction between employees. Sometimes I would go weeks without my direct manager asking me simple questions like "how was your weekend?" Pyxl has a very difficult time keeping employees for longer than a year. It should be a red flag when you see that the management team has all been around for 5+ years but then 90% of the company is still within their first year on the job. HR does not respect confidentiality. If you go to them for any issue, it will get spread through the company faster than a rumor in middle school. When employees get fired or "resign", usually someone from upper management will go into great detail as to why they were let go, including blaming them for poor performance or client relations. This happened three separate times during my employment. Very poor customer relations. They over promise, overcharge, and often blame the client for being unaccommodating and unreasonable when goals are not met. I was twice instructed to "just BS" my way through a presentation to a client on a service that management knew no one in the office was qualified for.

Pros

There is so much opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I am not afraid to take risks or be assertive. We get to work on interesting and challenging projects. People are collaborative and enjoyable internally. We are asked to work hard but we are rewarded for the effort and treated kindly and fairly.

Cons

Hard work can be, well, hard.
