Pros

You work with talented people and have access to a variety of digital marketing platforms (typical with any agency). Great place to learn and grow your career. Developers and graphic designers were top-notch and could hang with the best at any agency.

Cons

Complete lack of direction or processes in management. Also, management prioritized sales and increasing business over addressing the clients' needs. Pyxl offered more office perks than actual benefits. Consistently worked 60-hour weeks equating to a terrible work-life balance.

Pros

There is so much opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I am not afraid to take risks or be assertive. We get to work on interesting and challenging projects. People are collaborative and enjoyable internally. We are asked to work hard but we are rewarded for the effort and treated kindly and fairly.

Cons

Hard work can be, well, hard.
