Pros

Pyxl has an entrepreneurial spirit where smart people, who work hard and care about their work are rewarded. What was once a small start up has grown into a high-functioning agency. There are two types of people. Those who like to be a part of change and see the opportunities for what they are, and capitalize on them, or those that don't, and leave. Unfortunately not everyone cares about their work (we've all worked with them) and Pyxl has done a great job in weeding out those who just want to hang out with their friends and skate by under the radar. Pyxl is focusing on the infrastructure of the business, hiring new positions and investing in our offices, among many other things... the company is about to take off. If you're looking for a challenging & rewarding career, then you take a seat on a rocket ship. - Variety of work and interesting clients - Flexibility to work from home - Opportunities for advancement - Continuous learning opportunities - Don't track time or micromanage your day - Work with talented people

Cons

Pyxl is an agency and working for an agency requires you to think and work fast. It also means that sometimes you work until the work is done. - Work hard, play hard

Pros

There is so much opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I am not afraid to take risks or be assertive. We get to work on interesting and challenging projects. People are collaborative and enjoyable internally. We are asked to work hard but we are rewarded for the effort and treated kindly and fairly.

Cons

Hard work can be, well, hard.
